I have a 2008 honda civic lx. I need to change the manual transmission fluid on it. As i learned, MTF for hondas is pretty hard to find. Owner's manual says i should use a fluid called "Honda MTF". If not a motor oil could do the job - meanwhile. But i dont want to use motor oil. So i saw a royal purple synchromax MTF fluid, but i don't know the viscosity of it. I just glanced at the name since its a good company, and i took off running kuz i needed to take a dump. But does anyone know if i could use this "Royal Purple Synchromax MTF" on my civic?
Is royal purple Synchromax MTF good for honda?
