Is Roger Kamien Music Appreciation 6th edition the same material in the 7th edition?

im trying to keep from buying the 7th edition if the 6th edition is just like the 7th.ONLY THOSE WHO ARE IN COLLEGE OR TAKE THIS COURSE PLEASE ANSWER.
