Is Riding My Bike For 1 Hour 3x A Week Enough Cardio To Burn Fat/Lose Weight?

biking is one of the weakest cardio workouts you can do. especially because how much time are you coasting? burning nothing? however you will lose weight, and gain muscle. if it is your only cardio option (not to say that if you can ride a bike you can run) then do it
