Is ridemaxx still in business

i put one on my 2007 flhx in february. 3 weeks ago it started missing badly while in the mountains of virginia, and i limped it almost home to southern ohio and finally had to tow it back to columbus . now none of the phone numbers on their website are working. their sales director gave me his contact numbers back in april when i was downloading maps for it, but they too are not working. does anyone have any contact info for Ridemaxx? I need to get a warranty replacement. It didn't last 5000 miles. thanks.
 
I'm having the same problem. Bought one in July, didn't go 50 miles. Called and they said to send it back. Sent it back and have a receipt that they got it August 2. Haven't been able to get hold of them since. Looks like I've been screwed out of $375.00.
 
my mechanic stuck another one on, and it is working so far. I just don't trust it.Now i have to decide what route i want to go with , probably talk to Fuel Moto. maybe a SERT...
 
Ridemaxx's website is still working, but it does appear phone numbers are disconnected. I sure wouldn't be ordering one under present situation !

I'm new to the forum here. (Introduced myself in the "New Member's Area")
Thanks for the heads up. I was just about to pull the trigger on one as it seemed to be the best option for my use.
Can anyone recommend anything else at this point? I've got a bone stock 05 Electra Glide Classic w/ a set of SuperTrapp SE slip ons and Stage I breather kit. I was literally just about to order the Ridemaxx but then I saw this thread.

Sounds like they may be out of business. I just got through calling and the phone number was out of service.

I was thinking about going to a different fuel management system anyhow. I guess as long as mine is still working I'll leave it plugged in.
 
Did some checking. Their support number goes to an AT&T Wireless #. Didn't find a bankruptcy filing yet for them though. JP is still listing them on their website for sale. So, if there are problems, guess word has not hit the street yet.
 
It may be early yet but if J&P along with several other sources has any inventory, they will be trying to unload it. Everyone that sell the Ridemaxx only offered a factory warranty so it won't be any loss to them unless they end up with a lot of stock.
