Is Reverse Osmosis water really necessary for saltwater tanks?

I'm thinking about getting a 75 gallon fish-only saltwater rectangular tank. It's going to have 50-75 lbs. of live rock, live sand, and a protein skimmer.

My list:
2 ocellaris clowns
1 regal tang
1 yellow tang
1 neon goby
1 hawkfish
Some cleaner shrimp
1 bubble tip anemone OR 1 saddle anemone

Is R.O. water really necessary for this tank?
 
Im not sure but I think if you use RO your tank is established quicker. I hear people love it!
Or you can just use bottled water. Your supposed to try and stay away from tap but I am not sure on that.
