Is removal of bonus pay/commisions a valid reason to quit a job?

I am considering leaving my Job because the company has made policy changes that make it next to impossible to get the bonus pay/commisions that I have been earning ever since I work there, as a result I earn about 30% less than before.

I am looking for a new job and have a few interviews set up, when I am asked why I want to leave my old job should I tell them the truth or would it look bad? Should I just give them the BS "looking for better opportunities" line?
