I'm a muslim and i would like to know that is quantum method meditation allowed in islam??? does Allah or his messengers allow it?? and if not then y??? is any kind of mediattion allowed in islam?? i know meditation is good, but we should only do it if our religion allows us to do it...our prophet PBUH used to meditate but that was normal meditation.(just thinking about something deeply), or he used to meditate while praying namaz.....should i take a course on quantum method meditation??is it haram or muqroo in islam?? should i do it?? if i do it, will it harm me in some way?? thanks!! may Allah bless u all...
