I have asthma/asthma symptoms and I'm positive it's food allergies, however,I always seem to develop a SOB and wheeze which I can't shift so the doctor always puts me on course of steroiRAB (at least once a month for last 2 years)
Is this the Only answer to rid myself of this problem.I'm on syrabicort, singulair but this is the ONLY thing which works.help

What is your dose of syrabicort, or strength? My son is on it, and it has been great. Since he has been on it, we haven't had to do prednisolone. But before, it was like every 2 months he was on steroiRAB. I'm not sure, what is your dr. saying?

My son is the same way..he'd get prednisolone (5 day course high dose). He is on pulmicort now (budesonide) 0.5 a day and thet is working really well for him.
His doctor explained that the low dose pulmicort is a lot better than the high dose of prednisolone.
I suggest you look in to preventing.
Dolores
Good luck
