I'm currently in an honours class, Science 9/10 honours. Next year, should we get into honours again, we can choose to go into Chem/Bio/Physics 11 Honours Pre-AP. However, I didn't do good on the only test this term, and so that test is worth 65% of our entire term mark. I did great on everything else, including Science fair, but my mark currently only adds up to 77%.
My friend who's in Bio 11 H Pre-AP says that AP is a two year course and if you don't get into Pre-AP, you can't take AP. I don't think that's right because that makes a lot of people lose chances to get in. No matter what, I am going to into Chemistry 11.
My question is, is it mandatory for you to take Pre-AP sciences before going to AP sciences?
