Is Poulsen to suceed President Bush in The Financial Realm?

I caught the tail-end of a news-cast that suggested Poulsen is going to be head of another Beuracratic-Agency that will have no oversight, no accountability, and that no matter what happens within it, no one can take any of this agencies staff to court over anything.. has anyone else been exposed to this, or concerned.. If we thought Homeland Security limited our rights, how much more should we start yelling if the Government starts dictating our spending-habbits; with no checks and balances to check such a demand? Your Thoughts?
