I have been playing around 5-6 songs for 4 days so far (just started) and I was wondering If I stick with this, will it be enough to get a toned body? I put all my effort into the dances, so its not like I'm just using my hands, I do all the motions and all so.. yea, and if you can get toned from this, how many songs would you recommend a day? Thank you
