Is playing Just Dance 2 (Wii) everyday enough to tone your body?

I have been playing around 5-6 songs for 4 days so far (just started) and I was wondering If I stick with this, will it be enough to get a toned body? I put all my effort into the dances, so its not like I'm just using my hands, I do all the motions and all so.. yea, and if you can get toned from this, how many songs would you recommend a day? Thank you :)
 
dancing is the best exercise. it moves all muscles in your body. if you dance all the time, every day then yes your body will eventually tone because you use all your muscles.
 
If you're sweating while you're doing this then you're exercising, I suggest an hour of doing this for starting out. Eat healthy and keep moving and you'll get slimmer. For toning I would suggest picking up some weights and incorporating them into an exercise routine. Depends on what parts of your body you want toned as to what you should do specifically to target the areas you want toned.
