No t-shirts. Ever. Females wear tops with some sleeve, and that can be button down, styled or collared. Males should wear polo or golf type shirts with collars. Never t-shirts. After a month or so you will see what others wear at the job and follow suit ... follow in the footsteps of the neatest people.
