Is pirating a game that you have bought illegal?

I bought Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 when it was new, I lost it but I want to play it again. Instead of buying a new one I am thinking about simply finding a .bin/.cue and downloading it. Would this still be illegal seeming that I have already bought the game before?
