Is Physics hard in college?

I'm trying to be a Physical Therapist one day. I'm in my second year of college and I only need to study for my major classes. I'm extremely smart when I want to be, but I am horrendous at math! I took a basic algebra course last year and I had a lot of trouble with it. I never liked algebra because well, it sucks and it can't be applied to anything in life! But physics is obviously harder than algebra but is it impossible to grasp if you hate and suc k at math?
