Is PHP/MySQL , a good skill to have for a CS major?

I'm pursuing my master's in CS and I will be looking for entry level jobs soon. So is PHP/my SQL wit ha little of HTML a good skill to have? Will major corporations need this skill set? Because I think primarily only smaller organizations use PHP for website developement?
