Is Php 6000 budget for CEBU/BOHOL?

I'm planning to visit CEBU & BOHOL early this year 2009. My budget is only Php 6000 excluding air fare (cebu-manila, 2 way)

This are the following places I'm planning to check in Cebu
1. Camotes Island
2. Malampascua Island
3. Magellans Cross
Bohol
1. Chocolate Hills
2. Loboc River
3. Virgin & Panglao Island

..and also, can you recomment affordable places to stay?
 
If you have P6,000 after you pay for your ticket, it will last you about 2-3 days here.
