Is Philip Rivers for LaGarrette Blount and Ben Roethleisburger a fair trade?

I'm trying to put together a fair trade in my family league. Its low buy in, mostly for fun so I don't want to be too ruthless in trades. Would you consider Blount and Big Ben for Rivers fair? Here is the roster for both teams, feel free to suggest other trades you think are better options.

Team A:
QBs: Matt Ryan, Big Ben
RBs: Jamaal Charles, Blount, Felix Jones, Mark Ingram, Tim Hightower
WRs: Calvin Johnson, Hakeem Nicks, Austin Collie, Lee Evans
TE: JerMichael Finley.

Team B:
QBs: Philip Rivers, David Garrard
RBs: Chris Johnson, Cedric Benson, Reggie Bush, Ryan Grant
WRs: DeSean Jackson, Wes Welker, Malcom Floyd, Earl Bennett
TE: Vernon Davis

Why would Team B do that? 3 out of his 4 RB's are better than Blount and Rivers is by far better then Big Ben
