Is philip rivers for a Ray rice and Bradford a good trade?

I was proposed the trade,I would be giving rice and bradford.
I have Matt ryan already starting, and this would leave me with bradshaw woodhead ingram and magahee.
He would have rodgers forte rice (currently has hightower) marshall manngingham Winslow and moreno for his starters.

I want a counter for a second RB with rivers that he has but what do u think
