...note rings into later notes? I am new to guitar. I am trying to play the riff. It seems like when the amp's overdrive is turned up for the metal tone breakup, every note rings for quite awhile. When I am playing the riff, the notes seem to blend in together. But it doesn't seem like the notes are palm muted on the record.
