Is Palm Beach part of the Florida "Heartland?"?

Is Palm Beach part of the Florida "Heartland" (Okeechobee, Highlands, etc) or would you say it's more culturally associated with Naples and Ft. Lauderdale. Like is it a "How y'all doing?" kind of place or more Miami influenced town?
