spray painting the wheels shouldn't upset the balance or make people dizzy, but if the spokes are aluminium the spray paint won't stick. you've also got to be careful you don't paint the rims, or the brakes won't work. (unless you have disk brakes.) I want to do the same to my spokes, but with silver or black spray paint.
