Is pain in the arm after donating blood normal?
I donated on may 7th and today is may 13th so its been about a week, I went for a run. On the 12th and about halfway around the track I felt a shooting pain all up and down the same arm I donated on, and I noticed the same pain today in my weight training class. Is this normal or is it something I should really see a doctor for? also i have never noticed this problem in the past i have donated 3 times before.
