I been on my schools basketball team for a month now and i haven't lost any weight but i got a ton of stamina now. I just recently started p90x ( literally 2nd day) but i also just finally kinda made a "what too eat throw out the day" thing. It consist of green tea with milk and whole grain cereal in the morning, then later on some beans with1 cooked egg, then beans with slices of ham and homemade salsa, a ham sandwich with lettece and tomato( if not more beans with slices of ham), and then cereal with milk and green tea all over again before i go to sleep. I am pretty fluffy for my size and height. i am 5,6 and weigh 180 and really trying get into shape but i am not sure if this is a good healthy plan for food, to me it seems better because id eat a lot of fast food and only 3 times a day, and i heard eating healthier (obviously) and more frequent smaller meals was better and a great way to speed up your metabolism to loose weight. i don't want to do any fancy supplements or protein shakes, i rather just have water and what i got in the fridge and work with that. will i loose weight and gain muscle ( not no hulk statues just lean) with all this? cause i got fluff to work with that i want to change into muscle or get as much muscle i can out of it with out taking any supplements and loose as much fat as i can. not fun being out of shape and young haha
