Is our government trying to run Ford out of business?

Since government motors is now offering $4,500 for your clunkers is this payback to Ford for not taking any bailout? Is gov punishing Ford for being responsible business owners? Is this what Competition will look like within our health care? Will gov run private health care out of business?
 
your idiocy amuses me. the government has tried to help ford; obviously it's not trying to run them out of business.
