Is our court system an accurate or inaccurate reflection of God and His ways?

The court system as it currently stands,in developed countries,is this an accurate reflection of exactly how God is/how He works eg:crime,culpability,mitigating circumstances,age of the accused etc or would you say our court systems are "worldy"(worldy as in how the word is used in the bible) and not Godly and removed from/seperate from how God acts and His ways,views,how He solves problems,how He would change crime/criminals etc?
