Is Organic Wear Tinted Moisturizer safe for teens everyday use?

so i know makeup is not a good idea at age 14, but i really can't live without makeup, its like my best friend. i wear it to look prettier. i have light skin and i like my skin looking orange and bronze so i switched to organic wear because it has less harsh chemicals but according to it has none. i just want my skin to look prettier and bronzer. is tinted moisterizer safe for a teen to where everyday like me. does it make your skin darker like the way i want it to? thanks, please help
