Is Opti-Spark and magneto the same thing as far as GM Ignitions?

I have a 94 Camaro Z-28 5.7 V8 . I thought it had a Magneto distributer system, but all i read about is Opti-Spark... Can anyone tell me if this is the same thing or is Opti-Spark what i have?
