Is Omega 3 Fish Oil Softgels 100% SAFE for Baby?,also do they or dont contain Mercury...

...on them? Is Fish Oil OMEGA 3 100% Safe to take during pregnancy?
I am 7 weeks pregnant and Im taking those oily capsules from Nature Made they say
USP (Verified)
it says in the bottle in small letters on the side
(Nature Made Fish Oil supply comes from deep ocean waters.Our fish oil is not supplied from farm raised fish.State-Of-The0Art molecular distillation is used to remove PCB's and dioxins2,which guarantees purity and potency.Mercury undetectable.
dont know what that means,I started taking it today because I read they are great for brain development and my babies brain is starting to develop at this rate and want my baby to develop as great as possible.


I am Scared because I dont want the pills to have NO MERCURY at all.
Do they ?, Or No?
