Well don't forget, that rich people make more than $250,000 a year. To be specific, no one who makes $187, 000 a year is rich either (that is the pay of a typical congressman who recieves locality pay, free basic health care (not the BCBS FEP like most), and a gas card or train reimbursement). The administration wants to make sure you know that the 800,000 employees of the federal government have regular health care, but that doesnt really include the 600 members of congress or the Executive staff (or supreme court justices).
