Is Obama asking Congress to vote ' up or down ' on his health care bill now actually giving Congress a yea or nay option or is it really more like Tony Soprano & his Jersey guys telling the NY guys ' You guys can do whatever you like as long as you make sure you do the RIGHT thing !! ' ??
