Is Nokia N-GAGE better than hanheld gaming consoles?

Nokia is more serious with the second installment of N-GAGE Platform.Nokia has tied up with major game publishers and is releasing lot of games regularly at much lower price than the games available on hand held game consoles.But are the games on N-GAGE equally good as gaming consoles?
