Is Nokia E5 a good phone to buy?

So its my birthday on the 3rd november and im totally puzzled on what contract phone to get. Nokia E5 is a possibility at the minute along with Nokia E63. If theres a better phone costing £15 - £18 a month please tell me. i want a phone with internet and quite a good camera & memory. thanks.
