is nokia 5233 a good phone?

i recently bought a samsung champ, but yesterday i accidently dropped it in the toilet and now its completely screwed up....
i have only Rs6000($130) in my pocket and im looking forward to get a nokia 5233, so i was wondering whether its a good phone or not.
i am looking for a nice responsive touchscreen cellphone
i don't want 3g or wifi..
