i was on the hwy the other day and it felt like i hit something, i was able to make it to make it home, if i turn on the car, it sounds great until i put it in drive, then there is a horrible grinding noise. It won't go in reverse or drive, if you put the car in neutral it sounds fantastic. i know it is hard to diagnose unseen, but i ma trying to get a better idea of what a mechanic is going to charge me to repair this.
btw, the transmission is not leaking or anything.
