Is My Top End Shot On My Dirt Bike?

I have a 1999 Yz125 and the compression is good and the smoke coming out of my exhaus is a good blueish white. And the bike seems to run fine but some times it will run and I have to change the blog because of bogging and this is very offten like every 3 hours and the blug has oil on it and is black. All I do is the ride the bike in my yard. What could be wrong with it or is that normal to change the plug since its black and oil on it?
 
It will be your jetting as what is suitable for track riding will bog up if you are only riding in a backyard. It is more than likely the needle that needs adjusting. Lower the needle on the clip and maybe go down a size on the pilot jet. A 2 stroke needs to be jetted to suit your riding so a person who does not ride hard needs to have the bike leaner than a person who rides the bike hard.
