My toddler has, twice in the last 4 hours, had watery diarrhea. It has some particular in it but no solid feces. Also, there is no red rash or anything visible but his tushie is super sensitive I would wipe and he'd say "ouch ouch ouch"and so are his privates. I lightly whipped the area and he bursted into tears. Oh, he also has runny nose and hardly wanted to eat his dinner. What is wrong?? and what can I do to help!??
