I just got a baby sulcata tortoise about a month and a half ago. Its about 3-4 months old. Recently i have been noticing that the area around his eyes is white, they were not like that when i first got him. Also his skin looks a bit dry on his face. He hasn't really been very active for the last couple weeks all he does is sleep in a corner. Sometimes he makes weird squeaky noises like if he has something in his nose and he's trying to breath. It also looks like he's shedding a bit because his skins coming off, im not really sure if sulcatas shed. I took him to the vet this week but he didn't really help much all he said was that his shell was healthy, and everything looked fine. I explained about the noise he was making but when we were there my tortoise didn't make a sound. I don't know if its sick or it actually is healthy like the vet supposedly said.
