Is my spot turning into a scar?

Basically I have a few spots on my chin, nothing too serious. But there is this one in particular which has been there for a month or more, and it's not skin coloured. It's been red for ages, and isn't going away. It's raised barely half a milimetre above the skin, which you would barely notice at all if you ran your finger over it. But you can certainly see it, and it doesn't seem to be going away.

I'm really worried that it may be a scar and not be going away! That would kill me honestly...

Any advice on how to tell what's up with it? And what I can do?

Not neccessarily no, does it still hurt like a spot?

Maybe try an ice cube on it a few times, see how it is in week or so.
