I keep getting lagged out of xbox 360 live games for some reason so i was told to go to speedtest.net. I dont know how to tell if its good or not so i need help haha 10 points to best answer

ya as far as my thought this internet speed is good ......if you need to increase your internet speed contact your internet service provider after that check the internet speed through this site IP Details.com , here it gives the best results for checking the internet speed.........
