Is my sleep cycle unhealthy?

For about the past two weeks now I've been staying up for 20-28 hours and then sleeping for 8-18 (longer on weekends/no classes and shorter during the week or if I woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep, but I typically get at least ten and I probably average at twelve). When I've kept myself awake for long hours in the past, I'd get tired somewhere between the 14-17 hour mark. For the past few days, I've been able to go 20-24 hours before getting tired. So how is this on my health? Will I be able to keep it up for much longer, or will I start feeling ill/fatigued soon? So far I've felt quite normal.
