Is my self Image distorted?

I'm 17 years of age, 5 foot 8 1/2 inches tall and weigh about 156lbs.
I'm big boned, not small. I've recently given up on drinking diet soda (cuz that's all i ever drank) and started drinking 4 bottles of water a day.

Would you say that is a good weight for someone with my structure? because I think I'm fat.
