so yeah i was in class today and i got a text so i took a look at it while i thought the teacher wasnt watching and then he comes to me and takes it away from me, he said that i will get it back in a week.. but im just wondering.. is that allowed? i mean.. its my personal property and they cant just take it away from me ...
its this new system going on in my school - if the teacher catches u with ur phone in class he can take it away from you and you'll get it back when school is over.. and the second time this happens.. the principal keeps it for 3 days , and then the third time they have it for a week, so yeah this has happened to me before, and thats why they'll have it for a week
so yeahh.. are they allowed to do that to personal properties of students?.. :S
