My puppy is 1 month and 6 weeks old she been peeing alot and when ever i give her water she drinks way to much. Does she have a UTI or diabetes. Also my puppie whines because when shes bad we tie he up.

Puppies drink a lot. They pee a lot. That's part of being a puppy. You shouldn't have to "give"her water -- she should ALWAYS have fresh water available. Perhaps she is drinking a lot at one time because she doesn't always have it!

You should also NOT be tying up a puppy! It is not a "punishment". She isn't human and does not associate being tied up to being bad. If you have issues with where she goes, crate her when you can't supervise.

I don't think your pup is sick, but it sure sounds like the poor thing has an irresponsible owner! A responsible owner, who has concerns on whether the dog is sick, would TAKE IT TO THE VET!

Puppies pee alot. Figure she can only hold it one hour per month of age.
1 1/2 month, one and one and a half hours.
It's a puppy, You only need to correct a puppy as it does something wrong, tying it up does nothing. If you are leaving or sleeping put her in a crate as far away from you as possible, then the whining will stop w/i 10 minutes and she will go to sleep.

If you think she might be sick, take her to a vet. Don't tie her up when she's "bad". Get a crate & crate-train her, praise her when she behaves well.

Are you a troll???

We are not vets -- so without looking at your dog there is no way we can tell what is wrong. Yes, it sounds like a UTI, so take her to the vet to find out for sure.

How do you stop her from whining? STOP TYING HER UP.

You mean 10 weeks old? You must train them like children on not peeing in the house until after 10 months of age!
