Is my poem a villanelle? ( Please see below). I know what's required, I don't know if I've met the requirement?

Fugitive Ash
I couldn't scatter cindered bone
Smooth white as mountain snow,
Graying shadows judge , absolving none.
You've turned instead to stone.
You wanted summits , I know.
I couldn't scatter cindered bone.
Hungry ghosts watch skies bow,
To your alexandrite eyes alone.
Graying shadows judge , absolving none.
Spirits enmeshed never let go.
Your colors linger never gone
I couldn't scatter cindered bone,
I love you, you know.
Our hearts twisted haphazard one,
Graying shadows judge , absolving none.
Legacies blaze, colors never gone.
I couldn't scatter cindered bone,
Graying shadows judge absolving none.
