Is my Plantronics 360 bluetooth headset compatible with the BUA-100 bluetooth usb

device? I'm trying to use a Plantronics BUA-100 bluetooth module with my Plantronics 360 bluetooth earpiece with skype. Skype isn't working. The devices seem to pair properly, but no sound comes to the earpiece and the microphone doesn't work either. Are they incompatible? Do I need new software? Plantronics says personocall software is not necessary.
