Is my old 90's honda accord coupe a ricer?

I have a old honda five speed manual from the 90's. I bought it used and EVERYTHING looks stock, even the radio is the original honda cassette lol. I only did three necessary modifications:

1. Dark tints to protect from the harsh FL sun.

2. Inexpensive racing pedals to cover and protect the old worn out rubber covers.

3. New exhaust that looks just like the original to replace the loud, hole ridden, rusted old one.

Can't get anymore plain than that huh. What do you guys think?
Oh one more thing, there is no paintjob whatsoever. Just clean and simple

I read someone said that if a car is slow than its a ricer. Wtf? doesn't that contradict a stock car because obviously it won't be fast.
