The first person who built the house was in 2003, he was suppose to move in with his wife when he made the house, but his wife divorced him. He also had a private internet service for the neighborhood, which inevitably failed. His house was also robbed.
The next neighbor 2 years later, about 2003 - 2004 had children, they moved in 2007 saying that the neighborhood was unsafe because people are driving too fast when their children are playing on the yard.
By 2007 the 3rd neighbor were a couple of 2, they had to move because a family member became ill. They moved by 2009.
Just presently we had new neighbors about a month ago. A Family of around 5. All their kids were at school while the husband was at work and the mom went for a biking ride and made sure she unlocked all her doors before she left. And then when she came back, all the doors were locked, she told my mom she was sure that she unlocked all her doors. My moms response was maybe you left them locked, and she said no she was 100% sure they were all unlocked.
