Last night my mom was subpoenaed to go to court. The thing is that the lady came into our house and simply laid it on the table, and I was the first one that grabbed it. My mom never touched it, because she doesn't want to go. We have witnesses to this fact, and if the lady is as honest as she claims to be she can't deny this. So I need to know if my mom was properly served, and does it count as far as her having to go to court.
