i'm almost 15 yrs.old and i am overweight. i started going down to my local ymca at least three days a week and one day i noticed the mymobilefit and thought i would try it out. i chose the superslim program and when i first saw it i was surprised that it devoted a lot of time to weights and streching and only 15 minutes of cardio. i always thought running was the most effective way of dropping pounds. when i told asked my friends if they did it they said it was gay and stupid. i want to know if My Mobile Fit really is effective in losing weight quickly. my current exercise program is playing basketball for 45 minutes one day and swimming 10-15 laps (20-30 lengths) the next day.(btw, i used to run 1 and a half miles each day until i got bored of running and decided to play basketball. i never swam in my old routine before either, but i think it is a great way to lose weight and build muscle) which one is more effective? does mymobilefit really work or is it just another gimmick?
