Is my lifestyle healthy or not?

Just wondering your input on my lifestyle...I'm in high school.

I run 5 miles five times a week, and am a competitive dancer and have practice three times a week four hours each practice.

Today, for breakfast I had a bowl of multigrain cheerios.

For lunch, I had a multigrain pita pocket filled with some turkey, green beans, and a little shredded cheddar cheese and an apple with some light yogurt dip.

For an after school snack, I had a package of those peanut butter crackers, but they were whole grain.

For dinner, I had a bowl of homemade beef stew with one biscuit (I know, not that healthy haha).
